Standardized Agreement of Sale and Construction will be issued to the purchaser. This will be followed by the Sale Deed on completion of the project.
Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment of entire sale consideration including the additional amounts. Registration will be facilitated by us.
Assignment can be done only after the Agreements have been signed and the new purchaser complying with the terms and conditions of the principal agreement. Transfer fee of Rs.750/ sqft will be applicable till the completion/possession of the project. Assignment is allowed without payment of transfer fee after intimation of possession and before registration . The Assignor is to also retrieve and handover to KIP all letters, documents issued by KIP to the HFI to facilitate cancellation of the loan if any, availed by the Assignor.
Car Park, Club Membership*, Maintenance Charges*,Corpus Fund*, Legal Charges*, Registration and Stamp duty charges* will be payable at the time of possession*, Service Tax will be payable as applicable with every installment.
